Relay Lead Intelligence
We built our own lead system first.
We built our own system to research businesses, identify operational gaps, match the right offer, and prioritise high-fit opportunities before outreach. The workspace below is the real interface; the data in it is synthetic.

The scores, categories and evidence here were not written for this page. Synthetic businesses were put through the same pipeline that runs internally.

Opportunity map
The filters narrow the list and the map together. Select a business to see what the system observed, which offer it matched, and how the score was built.

Boundaries: Natural Earth (public domain). Drawn at build time; no runtime map request is made.
Businesses
Every business on the map is also in this list. Use the arrow keys to move through it and Enter to open a record.
This page uses synthetic demonstration data. Every business shown is invented; Relay Atelier's real prospecting and review data is never published.
Pipeline
From a raw record to a reviewed opportunity
Each stage consumes the one before it. No stage asserts something it did not observe.
- 01Raw businessA CSV row or a public record. Normalised, deduplicated, and checked against the suppression list.
- 02Website researchA handful of public pages, inspected within robots.txt and a strict rate limit.
- 03Signal detectionEvery observation is stored with the page it came from and a confidence value.
- 04Opportunity classificationCategories come only from observed evidence. No evidence, no category.
- 05Relay offer matchThe offer the evidence supports wins; the target profile only breaks a tie.
- 06Explainable scoreSix dimensions, each with its own reasoning. The total is always the sum of its parts.
- 07Human reviewApproval comes from a person. Nothing can be exported without it.
- 08ExportApproved records only, as a clean CSV. Sending is a separate, manual step.
Human review is part of the system, not a control bolted on afterwards. The score orders the queue; a person decides what leaves it.
Why it matters
This is how we think about lead systems
The value is not in any one tool. It is in what connects them.
Not just a website
A site captures an enquiry. It does not tell you what the enquiry is or what to do with it.
Not just a CRM
A CRM holds records. It does not decide what gets into it or how it is qualified.
Not just automation
Automation speeds up one step. Speed does not help if the steps are not connected.
The connection itself
Capture, data, qualification, routing, follow-up and reporting, designed as one system.
In your operation
The same systems thinking
This one was built for our own work. The same approach takes a different shape in a different operation.
- Healthcare
- Enquiry → qualification → booking → handoff to the team.
- Professional services
- Lead → fit → routing → follow-up.
- Home services
- Request → service area → estimate → scheduling.
- Recruitment
- Candidate or client enquiry → qualification → routing → CRM.
Building a lead operation around disconnected tools?
We design the system between capture, qualification, routing, follow-up and reporting.
