Relay Health
Healthcare operations infrastructure
A real hospital project bringing three communication channels, the Pınar AI assistant, and human operator handoff into one panel.
Digital systems · AI agents · Automation
We simplify repetitive work, connect the tools it's scattered across, and build the parts that are missing: automation, AI agents, internal tools, custom software.
The tools you already use stay in place. The system is built around how your operation runs, and it belongs to you.

The fields we work in: AI agents, automation, software, digital products, systems and integrations.
The handoff
Every request enters somewhere, moves through the rules, and is handed to a person when it needs to be. That handoff isn't invisible — it's a recorded, traceable moment at every step.
What we build
Most companies come to us with a single problem: enquiries going cold, a phone nobody can get to, work that only lives in one person's head. Whichever one you start with, it is built to join up with the rest.
Every enquiry gets logged, routed and followed up.
One flow from the website through to the CRM: however an enquiry arrives it gets captured, answered, followed up and measured. Nothing sits unanswered in somebody's inbox.
Scope
Answer every enquiry, on every channel, immediately.
A front desk that speaks on the phone and on your website and knows your business. It answers questions, qualifies the enquiry, takes contact details, books the appointment, and hands over to a person the moment judgement is needed.
Scope
Repeatable work runs on the system, not by hand.
The work that starts once the enquiry is in. Integration between the tools you already run, internal dashboards, approval flows, and software built from scratch where nothing off the shelf fits.
Scope
We build connected systems, not disconnected tools. A lead system that can't answer the phone leaks at the first touch; an agent with nowhere to write the outcome is a toy. The three work because they are joined.
See what each one coversAI Front Desk — live demo
Ask it about the business, book something, change your mind, ask for a person. The panel beside it shows exactly what the system does at each step.
System events the demo emits
This is a Relay Atelier demo, not a customer deployment. The decision layer runs in your browser and nothing you type leaves the page. In voice mode, audio is sent to an external speech provider to be transcribed and spoken.
Selected work
Real work in progress, a demo you can try, and products that are live. What stage each one is at is stated plainly on its own page.

Product, AI and SaaS
A single tool for listing-media prep, which we defined, built, and shipped to production end to end.
Who we work with
The sector matters less than the shape of the problem. Where these three are true at once, a system earns its keep.
One enquiry is worth enough that losing it to a slow reply is a real cost rather than a rounding error.
Quoting, scheduling, chasing, recording. Written down once, it stops living in one person's memory.
A website, a CRM, a calendar, a spreadsheet and an inbox, each holding part of the truth.

Relay Atelier is an independent digital systems studio. Strategy, product decisions and implementation stay close to each other throughout the engagement.
The person who sells it is the person who builds it. Who you talk to is who does the work.
No account-management layer in between. Where a decision is needed you speak to whoever can make it.
We don't run many engagements at once. The attention a system needs to actually settle doesn't survive being divided.
Code, accounts and documentation are set up in your name. If we part ways at some point, the system stays with you.
Tell us what goes unanswered, what gets chased by hand, or what scatters across five tools. In the first conversation we work out what is worth systematising and where to start.
